Sounds good to me. I love corn and ice cream. Japan had a lot of interesting ice cream flavors as well.
I think I found a clue to why agriculture in the cities seems to be so popular in Korea - huge government subsidies. As a share of farmer income, Reason estimates that 63% comes from subsidies. While I wouldn't be surprised if this is a little high given Reason's biases, its probably accurate in terms of its relative size - 3.5 times American subsidies and almost twice Europe's subsidies.
